Diversity Research among members (British Council, IBM, CSR Asia)

In an ever more heated and global economy there are emerging issues that responsible business management in China can not neglect, one of which is diversity. The issue has been discussed and studied globally, however it is still a relatively new concept in the Chinese market. As companies are growing and operating more and more on a global scale, there are ever increasing chances of having a diverse range of people working together. Diversity is therefore rising to the top of the agenda for many businesses operating internationally.

The British Council•, IBM and CSR Asia invite you to participate one of the first and largest diversity researches on international companies ever delivered in China. The objectives of the research are to understand different diversity policies, to share the best practices of international companies in China and to facilitate discussions with government and other stakeholders on approaches to diversity in China.
